Pose Review/Workshop

Do you struggle with yoga poses and how to do them in a safe way? 

Do some poses feel awkward or uncomfortable?

Not sure how to use yoga props to make poses more accessible?

Some yoga classes and videos don’t allow time to make adjustments or don’t offer alternatives for yoga postures.  Pre-recorded videos don’t allow for personalized feedback.  In-person classes might have too many people for the yoga teacher to give individual recommendations.

I offer virtual 1-hour, one-on-one sessions for yoga pose review and pose workshops via Zoom, personalized for YOU. These sessions are recorded and are yours to keep!

Yoga Nidra 4 Week Series - The practice and art of Yogic Sleep.

 

In this class you will be guided through a detailed sleep meditation that will allow your mind and body to slip into a deep state of relaxation. Each class begins with 10 minutes of gentle, meditative postures, with the majority of the practice performed in savasana (corpse pose).

 

We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to allow yourself enough time to set settled in. Plan to show up with your comfiest clothes, an open mind and a water bottle. We'll provide the rest. 

 

All levels and ages welcomed!
